- Currently working as an independent Exec & Senior Management Consultant, running his own company, with engagements as freelancer and interim manager supporting executive leadership teams and board members of global companies
- Focussing on business driven initiatives to transform and restructure IT organisations, drive ERP and BI programmes and organisations, and build Enterprise Architecture, Information Management and Process Transformation capabilities.
- Building on rich programme and project experience with nearly all business functions and at all geographic and organizational levels mainly with focus on efficiency, standardization, and cost reduction targets
- Defining Enterprise Architectures (strategy, processes, people, business systems, data, and infrastructure) to achieve business integration, deliver world-class information and implement sustainable technology capabilities; often with focus on Information (also Master Data) Management
