Build MVP to run Quantum Financial Portfolio Optimization using execution workflows based on multi-cloud quantum providers, AI & ML.
Explore Internet of Things and Drones to combine & integrate them into an intelligent drone surveillance solution with autonomous capabilities where things learn protecting.
• Step into mission critical delivery which was at risk and get objectives, streams and teams sorted and adjusted to run in an agile fashion. 150+FTEs re-organized to follow the approach.
• Solution Design, Implementation & Rollout of the new strategic database platform based on Oracle Cloud@Customer Hard- & Software stack managed via OCI. 200 Full racks deployed over 4 major hubs across UK, DE, US & SG.
• Build up and lead engg teams to implement fully automated provisioning pipelines to deploy Database CDBs, PDBs, Cluster Builds, Database Migration workflows incl. complex workflow handling and CI/CD flows.
• Build out with the team full security concept to cover Cloud IAM, Data at Rest and Data in Transit encryption incl. OKV integration for key management handling for the new database platform.
• Drive Oracle Cloud@Customer product enhancements with the bank as a customer and the vendor Oracle which were broadly adopted in the financial industry fostering stability and additional key value add for the customer and vendor.
• Drive with the group full entire migration from legacy multi platform estate to new strategic platform impacting 10.000+ databases and 400+ clusters covering DEV, UAT and PROD workloads incl. top 5 mission critical banking platforms handling 4+million payments/day worth 1.7trillion€.
• Engaged in senior mgmt. stakeholder handling to continuously monitor & supervise the entire program initiative with the steering committee at C-level.
