0I build products where trust, regulation, and deep technology meet. Today that means Switzerland's digital identity.
As Product Manager at the Federal Office of Information Technology (BIT/FOITT), I lead product strategy and lifecycle for the swiyu ecosystem, including the national e-ID, the swiyu wallet, and the trust infrastructure that lets public and private organizations issue and verify digital credentials. A national-scale platform, built without a central database, developed in the open.
I started in international business development, building entrepreneurship programs and solutions across continents, where I learned that products fail on stakeholder dynamics long before they fail on features. I moved into deep-tech platforms at iNovitas, turning AI-driven geospatial infrastructure data into products cities actually use. Then finID brought me to regulated digital identity, qualified electronic signatures, KYC/AMLA-compliant onboarding and the hard craft of translating regulatory text into flows users complete. The Swiss e-ID is where all of it converges.
What I bring is translation. Between parliament-level requirements and sprint-level execution. Between cryptographers, lawyers and citizens. Between what a regulation demands and what a user will actually do. My business background is a feature here, not a gap. In ecosystems this complex, the scarcest skill is making the right things understandable to the right people at the right altitude.

Product lead for finID. Finform's digital identity and qualified electronic signature (QES) solution and the self-onboarding platform behind compliant, fully remote client identification for Swiss financial institutions.
Key Achievements:
- Digital identity & QES: led product strategy and development for finID, enabling secure remote identification and legally qualified electronic signatures under ZertES
- Regulation to product: translated ZertES, FINMA, KYC and AMLA requirements into technical specifications and compliant UX flows
- Onboarding conversion: improved completion rates of the self-onboarding platform (web & app) through funnel analysis and UX optimization, balancing fraud controls against drop-off
- Integration: ensured OAuth, KYC checks, e-signatures, and APIs integrated cleanly into clients' banking systems and identification processes
- Key accounts: scoped PoCs and custom features for major Swiss financial-sector clients, such as PostFinance, yuh, SwissQuote

Portfolio Product Manager for infra3D: a suite of 7 web and mobile products forming a geospatial digital twin of road infrastructure for cities, cantons and industry.
Key Achievements:
- Portfolio ownership: shaped roadmap, pricing models and go-to-market for the infra3D portfolio across public and private sector clients
- AI-driven MVPs: launched two MVPs using machine learning for automated asset recognition and predictive infrastructure planning, from user experiments and focus groups to market
