25+ Jahre Hands-on-Erfahrung. Backend: Node.js, NestJS, Python, PHP. Frontend: TypeScript, React, Next.js, React Native, MUI, refine.dev für Admin-Panels und interne Tools. Dazu Multi-Tenant-SaaS-Architektur, Microservices, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, WebSockets und Testautomatisierung (Jest). Ich liefere selbst — Architektur ist bei mir keine Folienware.

Speditionsprozesse, Carrier-APIs (DHL, UPS, DPD), Sendungsverfolgung und Lagerlogistik kenne ich aus der Praxis.

Responsible for leading and managing a diverse talent pool with 40+ skilled developers, logistic experts and product managers based in Germany, Dubai and Pakistan. Overseeing 4 products: EPG ISS (meta platform for carrier connectivity), EPG Timesquare (reporting platform), EPG TMS (cloud SaaS transport management system) and EPG One App (mobile workflow app). Building new product teams, providing technical support for architectural challenges and driving agile transformation including Scrum adoption.
Responsible for a team of 8 software architects and developers with the main task of refactoring and improving existing software features.
