* For more than 20 years, my home has been digital business (internet & mobile). At all times, I
follow and observe the latest international and national developments in digital business in the
area of T.I.M.E./OTT and different sectors (telco, media, finance, FMCG, retail). Digital DNA is
an integral part of me; it is my passion.
* As an active participant, I know the strategic importance of digital customer access channels
