Also, he was responsible for leading disruptive innovation projects and has always used unconventional and fresh ways in leading teams and people with outstanding success in the concrete and broader sense.

In his work as a consultant and coach, Benjamin also brings in his vast experience as an ex semi-professional tennis player, ex team manager and mental coach, in which he was active in the US and in Germany in the Bundesliga.
