-Develop training outlines with appropriate version control and document management guidelines; Knowledge and
use of documentation software tools for development of training material: RWD Info Pak™, the authoring tool for the
development SAP work instructions, “cue cards”, simulations, glossaries and online help as well as SAP Productivity
Pak powered by RWD™ (Also known as “Uperform” client and server Application).
-Develop training materials in a clear and concise format.
-Digital Content Management by provision of localisation, translation and transaction testing, building from my
extensive knowledge of localisation and SAP background.
