To prepare User manual to provide Training to User to use for day-to-day marketing activity. Define Epic, Feature, User story,
and setup the coordination between stakeholders, IT and partner.
Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and create Proof of concept. To Prepared detailed blueprints and make
any necessary corrections, Compile project specifications, Keep within budgets and timelines.
To ensure that all works are carried out to specifis tandards,building codes, guidelines, and regulations.
To define the guidelines and process to setup the integration between SFMC, sales cloud, and Third-Party System( Using SSJS
and Marketing cloud API ) .
To define scope and implementation of global templat e strategy that will b e refer in outgoing roll out.
To define several POC solutions to define the scop e of business requirement that could be delivered in define timeline.
To define the configuration and setup setting of Business unit with independent business requirement.
Depth Knowledge of Contact Studio, Audience Builder, Journey Builder, Email studio, Mobile studio, Web studio, Content Studio,
Advertisement studio.
To define Journey to prompt multiple marketing cloud strategy and based on customer interest, Relevant information update in
sales cloud (task creation).
Define ERD diagram(database design) to maintain the data availability and their relationship.
Define automation to define activity that will run in non-working
hour and for background procession of multiple process (e.g., SQL
Activity, Script Activity, File Transfer etc.).
Define Data sharing model to filter production data based on the individual region or BU.
To configured and implement Sales and service process using technical tool and configuration
