• Pattern Recognition in Time-Series using State-of-the-Art Deep-Learning

• Data Preparation, Database Design and Creation of UI-Tools for the la-
belling of data (ca. 100k datasets.)
• Creation of feature engineered Algorithms for the pre-Labelling of the Data
• Research on current State-of-the-Art methods (Scientific Papers).
• Development of the Model-Architecture,
proper modelling of Cost-
Functions. Evaluation and Application of state-of-the-art Algorithms (such
as Unet, Inception, Res-Net and Yolo) to other domains (i.e. various sen-
sors in mechatronic applications).
• Implementation of suitable Performance-Measures and Error Visualisation
• Planning and execution of Experiments, creation of a End-to-End Loop for
Model-Verification by use of a slim CI/CD Pipeline. Creation of Docker-
Images for use in AI-Infrastructure (Cloud)
• Filing of Invention-Disclosures, Stakeholder Communication, Documenta-
tion

* Disciplinary Head of (an agile embedded) Software-Team with *19 members,
including Product-Owners and Architects. Reporting to the global
head of product software.
* Overarching coordination of the pilot project (Bosch Cookit) for the concurrent
development, establishment, integration and real-world testing of
BSH's latest End-to-End Platform consisting of Backend-Systems, Apps
and Embedded-Plattform. Areas of responsibilities:
- aggregation of the overall software-architecture for proper decision
making
- resources management, road-mapping and dependenciesmanagement

- setup and management of task-forces and escalation meetings
- CEO, COO level reporting
- coaching of product-owners, team-members and junior-managers
* Active participation and collaboration in group-wide global committees for
the design and alignment of processes for software-engineering and product
development.
* Development and alignment of QA-processes and verification strategies for
product-software. Clarification of requirements and development of migration
strategies for the group-wide testing frameworks and tools. Setup
and management of internationally distributed (supplier and internal) test
teams for efficient testing.
* Product-Owner Role for NEFF branded Ovens. Coordination of distributed
Software-Teams and suppliers (Vietnam, India, Germany).
