* Development of tracking concepts to measure the success of marketing campaigns as
well as support clients during the implementation phase of tracking approach
* Analysis of campaign results and preparation of comprehensive customer reports and
presentations
* Explanations and discussions of campaign results directly with customers
* Building successful, sustainable and yield-rich relationships with customers through a
top-performance of campaigns
* Team responsibility for all HR related topics (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, offboarding)
* Building and strengthening of strategic partnerships with global digital partners
* Taking over responsibility in various sales pitches regarding digital offers (conception,
calculation and presentation)
