* Management of mid- size projects: Definition, planning, dev. support and imp. JIRA Roadmap Configuration and
Controlling/ Check´s of the tasks. Risk list. Budget control. Teams located in different countries (DE- ES- India)

* Coordinator& PMO in a large scale Program: Coordination between teams with different methodologies (Agile+
Waterfall+ Kanban) Bi-weekly´s meeting moderator; Program control; Resource Management and Board Reporting.

* Risk management: Risk list creation, identification, analysis, controlling and follow up (technical and organizational)
with focus on agile coaches- management and HR alignment. Communication of the outputs to the team.

* PM Guild Member: PM Team inside OTTO to support and mentor different areas across the group in: PM Best Practices,
Processes, new Projects, Documentation, Standards and Compliance, PO Topics, JIRA, Confluence, Governance




* IT Business Analyst: Analysis of the IT functional requirements, transform technical information and processes into
requirements. Coordinate the information and communicate to the agile project teams. Follow- up and support on dev
and imp phases. Check on deliveries on Sprints. and forward results. Alignment with other BA´s for specific projects

* Managing a team of 30 members inside the Business unit (5 teams: 27 in house + 3 remote)
* End to End Responsible for new Employees contracts inside the Department (Follow- Up of new interview processes,
documentation preparation and decision making according to the new team challenge)
* Responsible for On- and Off- Boarding of new employees (culture integration, follow- up of starting activities and all on
- demand questions)
* Responsible for planning, organizing and monitoring the project progress between 5 teams in different areas
* Communication and report to the CEO about: Project Progress & Follow- Up Points, Budget approvals and any team
topic
* Communication and cross- Coordination between different areas (Meetings organization and Teams alignment)
* Responsible for Language Cloud solutions Amazon implementation with IT support
