Contract Analyst (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Support in set-up of contract identification process, resp. contract analyzing process
- Review of contracts with vendors in procurements´ area of responsibility regarding regulatory
- Relevance and/or coverage of existing paragraphs
- Document and communicate results of review-process
- Participation in workshops/meetings with SMEs from other RBI-departments to identify most probably relevant contracts
- Interaction with relevant vendors to close potential information gaps, ensure delivery of necessary documents etc.
- Systematically collecting and suitable description of any unclear situation/needs for decision
Your qualifications
- Ability to read, understand and navigate in international vendor contracts (mainly in English, IT And Non-IT)
- Preferable experience in Procurement and/or Legal and/or Sales, especially in contract
- Generation and/or negotiation
- Willingness and ability to learn very fast new complex regulations, directives and laws
- Excellent communication and moderation skills – English and German fluent
- Good MS Office expertise
- Analytical, result-oriented and structured way of working
