Role & ResponsibilitiesAnalyse and resolve service desk support tickets for SAP applications and related third party packages.
Own, manage and complete analysis, design and development of system Change Requests.
Develop and implement integration between SAP and third party applications.
Manage application development plans and aid in development of system roadmaps.
Problem - solve and respond to escalations, taking decisions on remedial actions to address issues, escalating where required.
Experience
Significant SAP Basis experience in Netweaver 7.4 and above
Experience working with Microsoft Windows Platforms
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2017 and above
Experience with Linux based Operating systems
A minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations
Flexible approach to working patterns and the ability to prioritise and manage issues proportionately
