IT Site Support Engineer
- Global Service Desk agent (1st level telephone support to end-users) for Austria and Germany.
- Translations from local languages to English in Ticket Reception
- Follow-up on incidents and requests.
- On-Site support (1st and 2nd level desk side support)
- Eyes and Hands for our outsourcing partners on-site.
- Supporting all IT-related equipment which is not supported by the outsourcing partners (Telephony; Printers)
- Support the out of scope systems with help of the concerned IT suppliers where needed.
- Handle budgeting and ordering of ICT solutions and hardware, making use of central frame agreements and local suppliers
- Hardware repairs when appropriate.
- IMACDs of ICT equipment
- Asset Management
Required
- Knowledge and experience to get up to speed fast in a complex environment; both technical and process wise.
- Windows 7, MS Office
- Procurement/budgeting
- ITIL
- Lotus Notes, Outlook (Exchange)
