- Simulation of lessons learned in the internal Leadership program in an enterprise simulation Software
- Introduction to the software
- On Causes and Effects (in General and in IT)
- Handover case to program participants (3 groups)
- Questions and answers regarding case
- Simulating the case: Acting as CEO of a Bank
- Making high impact decisions and see the effects
- Presenting the result including discussion of assumptions and actions
- Feedback from the audience
Learning objective: Learning to understand how lessons learned in the program impacts IT performance
Expected Benefits: Participants start to understand causes and effects and get additional input for further development actions
