Essential Duties and Job Functions:
Responsible for support of healthcare professional expenditure tracking and disclosure reports using AGS 360 system, as required under Austrian and Swiss transparency requirements (following EFPIA HCP and HCO spend disclosure).
Data Steward for AGS 360 – Support implementation of all new transparency processes and quality check of HCP/entity data before such data is implemented.
Reportable Spend – Support third party vendors and internal stakeholders with format standards to ensure successful uploads. Monitor feed logs to ensure all Reportable Spend is captured within the required timelines.
Spend Monitoring – set up alerts and threshold violations for monitoring purposes of meal values, meal frequency, annual spend and fair market payments. Compile reports and charts as needed for auditing purposes, as well as presentations in executive meetings.
Disclosure Reports – Assist and support as needed, including data review and quality control.
Knowledge, Experience and Skills: Advanced experience in Excel, must be able to work with large data sets and spreadsheets.
Be proficient in Word and PowerPoint and some experience with Oracle/Concur.
Fluency in English
Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks while adhering to deadlines.
