Mainframe PL/1 Jira developer - contract - Austria German speaker

My client is looking for a strong PL/1 Mainframe developer on a 6 - 12 month contract based in Austria the Mainframe/PL/1 developer needs to be German speaking.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the following areas

Responsible for technical ownership of the customer information management factory and associated systems

5 + years of commercial experience in Legacy technologies like PL1 and DB2 (IBM Mainframe).

At least 2+ years of commercial experience on JIRA Telecom CRM.

At least 5+ years of commercial experience in:-Working in an Agile Environment

Sound Knowledge in the area on PL1 DB2. Should be able to write/create low level and high level Design.

Design, Coding and impact analysis of the existence program in the current environment of PL1 DB2

Domain knowledge working in Agile environment and proficiency with JIRA (defect Tracking tool) would be definite advantage
