We need for this position a higher education in IT with specialization in Software Design, approximately 10 years working experience, German language skills, know-how and experience in ITIL, very good knowledge in Java and PHP, SQL and IT infrastructure.
Main Responsibilities: design and development of the used software and web application, continuous adaption of the service management-tools (Cisco Service Grid, etc.) in order to optimize the procedures.
