Role: Incident and Change Manager
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Vienna, Austria
Skills & Description:
- Should have at least 6 plus years' experience in Tools and application support, Incident & Change Management.
- SME are responsible for Incident and Change management for the Middleware Platform
- This Includes primarily on Windows File transfer and JSLF tool, incident handling and high level troubleshooting and changed request execution.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Knowledge on JAVA, .Net, ASP would be added advantage
- Exposure in offshore Webserver will be preferred.
- Experience or familiar on tools like ticketing and monitoring tools will prefer.
- Willingness to work on flexible working hours including weekends
- Involved in Routine user support and troubleshooting.
Key requirements:
- Should be experienced in working in ITIL based tools (like Remedy)
- Good knowledge in WMI, Shell Scripting
- Knowledge in File transfer tools
- Design and Development knowledge in new workflow for file transfer
- Knowledge in Window/UNIX/LUNIX Administration
- Knowledge in server start up and shutdown process
- New release deployment/patch upgrades
- Application performance analysis and tuning
- Development experience will be added advantage
- Knowledge on Incident and Change management process
- Knowledge of ITIL or equivalent processes (Incident, Change Process and Problem Management) is a must
