Program Manager - Vienna - ERP - Oracle - HRMS & Payroll
A leading global IT Consultancy is recruiting for a Program Manager to manage the IAEA ERP roll out (HRMS & Payroll) in Vienna.
As a Program Manager it is essential that you have previously managed large HCM roll outs end to end with distributed teams working in complex environment with a very demanding client/users.
Brief about Job:
1. Must have managed Oracle HCM implementations either as Project manager or program manager
2. Must have handled large programs - multiple projects
3. Must have worked in managing distributed team, multivendor team.
4. Own the master plan and assign tasks to team.
5. Monitor progress and update master plan. Report progress weekly to operational level and monthly report at steering committee level.
6. Identify risks and plan for mitigations.
7. Ensure all tasks are delivered on time.
8. Manage schedule, effort and cost of the project.
