DBA/Livelink Consultant/ECM/Open Text/SAP
Our client who are a recognised International body are looking for an experienced Livelink Consultant to join their team in Vienna.
The successful Livelink Consultant will need to possess over 4 years experience within a similar role and possess the following skills:
Minimum experience
The consultant shall have Bachelor's or above.
The consultant shall have minimum of four (4) experience in Analysis, Conceptual design, Implementation, upgrading, testing, system administration and maintenance of Enterprise Content Management components from OpenText.
Required Technical Skills
- The consultant shall have prior work experience on Open Text CS v10;
- Experience in Content Lifecycle Management, Records Management, Archiving, eDiscovery and Extended ECM for SAP;
- The consultant shall have good practical knowledge in Microsoft Enterprise Content Management SharePoint;
- The consultant shall have good practical knowledge in Integration Solutions & products to include Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint.
Deliverables
- The consultant shall be partner with infrastructure team and comply with established change management procedures and practices;
- The consultant shall manage and administer Open Text Livelink Content Servers and user security administration;
- The consultant shall administer daily operations of Open Text Livelink system and monitoring of system errors and storage space;
- The consultant shall administer Open Text searches and management of the indexes;
- Perform as technical expert in the planning, implementation and upgrade of Open text solution;
- The consultant shall install and configure new version of Open text and Open Text Modules for production;
- The consultant shall build and configure access control settings to promote the collaboration and information sharing;
- The consultant shall work with Database Administrator to ensure access and security necessary for database administration is available;
- The consultant shall be partner with infrastructure team to ensure backup and recovery strategies meet business requirements;
- The consultant shall create technical documentation, standards and procedures with regard to system administration, including documentation on installation, system configuration, modifications, processes and procedures;
- The consultant shall implement Open Text Livelink- Microsoft SharePoint Integration;
- The consultant shall troubleshoot issues, and fix bugs related to Open Text products;
- The consultant shall coordinate problem management with vendors.
