a Data Protector and Backup Consultant
Tasks:
• Data Protection opportunity/project for Backup Concept, Solution Design and Implementation.
• Identify the requirements for backup and recovery for different applications e.g. SQL, Oracle, Exchange, Cloud etc.
• Document requirements
• Develop backup concept and documentation
• Define building blocks and architecture
• Develop Solution Design and documentation with different scenarios
Skills:
• Technology Consulting IV Backup / Restore and Solution Design for the following
technologies :
• StoreOnce (D2D)
• ESL/MSL Tape Libraries
• Data Protector / Catalyst / DPM and others
• Different Application integration like SQL, Oracle,
• Exchange, Cloud etc.
• OS: Open System Stack
• Conceptual Backup, Restore, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Skills
• Design and Architecture Skills for Backup, Restore, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
• Backup Solution Implementation skills e.g. Backup SW (primarily DataProtector) (not HW related)
• Experience > 5 Years
• Fluent in English
Time Line:
• Start Date: End of Oct. 2013
• End Date: End of Jan. 2014
• Workload: Different Proposals and Efforts
• Location: Switzerland (Zurich and Geneva)
