a Migration Assistant
Tasks:
• The centralized migration assistant role will be responsible for scheduling users to be migrated onto the Windows 7 platform.
• This will include sending emails communications; telephoning end users to confirm details and reporting progress and metrics
Skills:
• Very strong Microsoft Office skills, in particular SharePoint & Excel (advanced)
• Good analytical & communication skills
• Organized: Time Management & ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
• Team Player
• Able to work of their own initiative
• Task and Process Orientation
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Fluent in German and English
• Level: Junior
Time Line:
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 3 months with option on extension
• Workload: 100%
• Location: Zurich
