We have an Interesting opportunity with one of our clients, for a Country Operations Manager. It's an immediate hire and planning to close it ASAP.
Job Description for the role of Country operations Manager:
Roles : Country operations Manager
Company: One of Europe's leading mobile telecoms operators
Location: London or Country based
Reporting To: Head of Core Network
Type: 6 months fixed term contract
Essential functions and key contributions for the Country operations Manager :
Manage and drive engagements with MNO partners to work on improvement plans and drive them to completion to achieve business & service targets.
Work with group technology to understand the deliverables to respective country sales operations to ensure effective utilisation of resource through demand forecast
Support technology and network operations in change management through a complete UAT process.
Support technology during the launch of new product to facilitate information flow into country operations from a business perspective and acceptance from a delivery perspective.
Work with country managers to support their commercial discussions with MNO's when required from a service availability perspective and SOP distribution operations.
Skills and Experience: Focus on knowledge, experience and qualifications. This must reflect the job requirements
Good technology understanding of mobile networks and MVNO operations.
Detail knowledge of customer life cycle management and recycling process.
Practitioner of ETOM delivery models
Must have experience of managing relationship with key stakeholders and facilitating improvement plans.
Reporting facilitator to engage with business on reporting KPI's for country operation on inventory management, service availability and improvement plans.
Should have worked in similar roles to deliver continuous improvement plans with desire to automate process with audit trails.
Knowledge of French is a must.
