Role- Oracle HR functional consultant
Location- Vienna, Austria
Duration- 3-6months +
Job Requirement -
- Consultants with 6+ years extensive experience in IT and 4+ years as a Oracle HCM Functional consultant.
- Experience primarily in the areas of Core HR, SSHR, OAB, OTL, Payroll, iRecruitment and OLM
- Experience in US, UK, AU, Middle East legislative requirements
- Experience in min 2 end-to-end Implementations in Rel 12 and atleast 1 upgrade project (from 11i to Rel 12)
- Should be familiar with AIM Methodology
- Should be able to lead discussions with client IT and Business teams
- Full understanding of project life cycle and development methodologies
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to translate business requirements into solutions in Oracle E-business
- Knowledge in Oracle Fusion HCM will be an added advantage
