We have an immediate contract requirement for an ITIL Service Manager to work on behalf of a leading European Consultancy for their banking client in Austria.
The requirement is urgent and we need someone to start ideally this week or next week at the latest.
Outline of role:
You will be tasked to review a current Internet banking solution. You will study the performance against the SLA in place, ensuring the bank is getting the best service possible.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience of implementing ITIL V2 & V3 at least three times
- Financial Services/Banking experience
- COBIT
- Review & Audit experience
- At least 4 years in a Service/Service Delivery role focusing on improving and reviewing performance
- Customer/client facing
- Ability to work to a structured time-scale
