Oracle HCM Functional consultant

Beschreibung

• Consultants with 4-8 years extensive experience in IT and 4+ years as a Oracle HCM Functional consultant.
• Experience primarily in the areas of Core HR, SSHR, OAB, OTL, Payroll, Taleo, OLM
• Experience in US, UK, AU, Middle East  legislative requirements
• Experience in min  2 end-to-end Implementations in Rel 12
• Should be familiar with AIM Methodology              
• Should be able to lead discussions  with client IT and Business teams
• Full understanding of project life cycle and development methodologies
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to translate business requirements into solutions in Oracle E-business
• Knowledge in Oracle Fusion HCM will be an added advantage
