a Senior Analyst SAP PP
Tasks:
• Support SAP R/3 system in the PP area requirements from the business community and projects
• Responsible for timely delivery of systems solutions and business process results within a project or enhancement request
• Ensure consistency of SAP processes across all business units
• Lead Business Fit/Gap Blueprint/Process workshops in production planning area to design processes with operational staff; assess / document potential gaps between requirements and global template; formulate and implement appropriate procedures/processes
• Design/implement local template to ensure consistency in operational process to system configuration
• Support system testing and production cut-over activities: prepare production cut-over plan in PP areas, advise on strategies/best practices for migration to production; Design and execute functional and integration test plans and test scripts
• Provide on-site training applying the train the trainer concept
• Support all integration efforts and issues related to Sales and Distribution, Supply Chain, Finance and Business Warehouse
• Work closely with the end-user security authorization administrator during development, implementation and testing of end-user security objects
Skills needed:
• Bachelor’s degree in operational principles
• Minimum 4 years experience in supporting SAP PP and Distribution as Systems Analyst, expertise in repetitive manufacturing an asset, including exposure to MM Logistics MRP
• ABAP knowledge (min. of ABAP debugging)
• At least 2 successful full SAP implementation cycles
• Experience in data migration
• Development of specification definition
• Strong understanding of operational management
• Hands on experience with SAP systems implementation in large corporate environment
• At least 50% travel required, often on short notice
• Fluent in English
• Only European based candidates will be considered
• Willing to relocate to Zurich/Switzerland is a must
