ORCA Solution AG based in Basel and Zurich offers their services in IT-Industry since 1987 within Banks, Insurances and many other branches. For our client we are searching with the openexternal Project 668
a Manager – Datacenter Service – Level II
Tasks:
• To be responsible for the 2nd to 3rd support of all mobile connection related issues based on iOS, Android, BlackBerry and Windows based Phones and Pads for an international operating company. The desire to learn new technology and to develop is decisive for the job as the entire environment in Mobility is constantly changing.
• Support all types of mobile related problem escalations
• Act as problem owner and ensure the successful solution of the problem
• Interact with the several counterparts of the Competence Center in order to fulfill the project or solve the problem
• Act as face/contact for the customer
• Document tickets and solutions properly
• Document necessary FAQ and fill knowledge bases
• Use all available resources for the troubleshooting of a project
• Work as a technical resource in mobility projects
• Act as interface to the vendor – open cases and feature requests
• Test mobile solutions and document them
• Work on technical enhancement projects
• quality assurance
Skills needed:
• Pharma experience
• Several years of support experience
• knowledge, skills and experience about Apple products (ipad, iphone and IOS) and/or Mobile Iron
• qualification in ITIL
• Very good communication skills (English mandatory, German is a plus)
• Troubleshooting experience
• critical thinking and problem solving skills, planning and organizing, decision-making, communication skills, delegation, team work, negotiation, conflict management, adaptability
