Axica Recruitment are looking for an Oracle (ERP) Blueprinting Specialist Consultant to work a 3 months Contact in Vienna.
You will be a Oracle ERP Blueprinting Specialist who will be responsible for gathering detailed transaction system requirements from business leaders and functional operatives across the Finance, Treasury, Procurement, Asset Management, Human Resources and Project Management disciplines.
This role will leverage existing materials and decisions to deliver highly detailed specifications that can be used by the internal technical team and separately contracted external consultants to develop solutions to the business requirements. There is an existing Legacy ERP solution deployed on Oracle EBS.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Taking direction from the ERP Project Manager, the ERP Blueprinting Specialist will be tasked with:
- Developing a work-plan of interviews and input requirements to complete an ERP blueprint;
- Conducting interviews with stakeholders and research existing system configuration appropriate to the definition of modular ERP specifications;
- Developing scenarios for implementation of each modular ERP system area; challenging and exploring alternatives to the stated requirements to ensure feasibility and suitability of future operational adoption, where appropriate;
- Providing guidance on complexity to deliver against requirements at the module and process workflow level; advising and recommending alternative paths of action to assure project delivery, in the case where complexity is high or in need of system customization;
- Liaising with the internal and external technical teams to develop cost estimates and proposing suitable development and deployment scenarios;
- Clarifying new from existing or enhanced requirements and associating ERP system licensing implications such that the ERP Project Manager can prioritize requirements and development initiatives;
- Developing schematic testing scenarios and use case by which future development deliverables should be confirmed as in scope or not; (the Blueprinting Specialist is not responsible for creating detailed testing scripts or data).
Necessary Qualifications
- Certified practitioner within Oracle
- Project management certified;
- Performed a similar role in other projects valued at minimum of 1 Million
- Professional fluency in spoken and written English;
- Specific experience defining or operating Oracle Functions in grants management, payroll, business intelligence;
- Specific experience in Oracle EBS core ERP modules;
- Experience with International Organizations would be an asset.
