Next Ventures is urgently looking for a SAP HCM/payroll consultants to configure SAP HCM, which is based on a broad process knowledge in payroll, time management and personnel administration combined with the typical SAP HCM technical configuration/customizing skills.
For this role The consultant MUST have payroll skills in Austria.
Solution design
- Analysis of HR processes with focus on payroll and time management for Austria
- Point out of opportunities for harmonization and standardization based on SAP functionalities
- Design of blueprint for SAP HCM transformation in alignment with the customer
- Consulting of SAP HCM core moduls PA, PY und PT (personnel administration, payroll, time management)
- Entire customizing of SAP HCM
- Match of technical SAP HCM knowledge and processing skills (SME skills)
- Project management
- Training
Particular HR and payroll skills for Austria
- Legal knowledge (tax, social insurance, collective bargaining agreements, labor law)
- Appraisal and assessment processes (coceptual knowledge)
- HR workflows and self services (ESS, MSS)
Experience
- Very experienced in analysis and customizing of various SAP HCM systems
- Complete knowledge of SAP methods and tools for the implementation of complex customer systems
- Knowledge of HR bank agreements is appreciated
- English is appreciated
