My client a International Management company are recruiting X2 CRM Test Leads.
RP International are recruiting consultants with CRM/Order Handling/Provisioning experience together with Common Functionality/Processes that drives the Core Processes (Partner Management, Acquisition/Retention Sales).
Common functionality/processes includes:
- Logistics and Resource Management for physical goods (mobile devices, accessories, consumer electronic etc.)
- Resource Management virtual goods (Voucher, MSISDN etc.)
- Event and workflow based customer Notification
- Analogue & Digital Communication channels
- MNP
- Customer-Self Care
- Pre-paid life cycle Tops-ups
Basic requirements:
- Telecoms experience (1 huge project) 3-5 years
- Previous experience as Lead/Manager (who have at least managed 5 testers)
- Good English spoken/written skills
- Good Attitude (Pro-active)
