We are looking for our client for a Change and Communication Manager in the Area of Basel:

Short description:
Plan and execute change and communication management activities within a project. Ensure organizational readiness of the solution to be delivered by the project.

Tasks:
- Work with project managers to structure and integrate change and communication management plans and deliverables for multiple phases of a complex project, identify and deploy resources, assign work, create work plans, ensure quality of work, manage project status, ensure that engagement deliverables meet expectations within time and budget
- Identify, define and maintain communication channels within stakeholder organizations and create organizational and role specific key messages for each project within the program
- Develop and execute communication and training plans with program and project managers to properly prepare the appropriate portions of the organization for the planned changes to help ensure the success of the program / project
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies, take early action to resolve issues and address cross-team impacts (both business and informatics)
Routinely assess all aspects of change management for projects and report successes, opportunities, and action plans to stakeholders, managers and leadership and measure impact of the project on stakeholder organizations
Design and lead effective meetings with stakeholder organizations as appropriate

Skills:
- Change management methodology and tools typically leveraged for successful business transformation through projects
- Broad knowledge of organizational structures and functions.
- Leadership skills that energize multi-discipline work teams to respond to business and informatics needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex concepts in business terms.
- Ability to lead business transformation program / projects in appropriate communication methods.
- Strong abilities in relationship management, teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate and persuade at all management levels and thrive in a cross-functional environment.
- Excellent written and verbal in English
