Description
Working in the central migrations team for the service Active Directory (Windows ) / MS Exchange 2007 / Account Group Share Management and connected services (Corporate Directory, processes, …) focusing on Account Migration

Responsibilities / Activities
Support in the migration project
· Analysis of existing operating environments and the deployed tools
· Analysis of existing processes per country
· Planning of migration workflows per country
· Adjustment of existing and futures solutions and operational processes
· Execution of migrations
· 2nd and 3rd Level Support within the migration

Know-how / Experience
Mandatory
· Good knowledge of Windows XP/Vista/Win7 32Bit&64Bit
· Good knowledge of ActiveDirectory
· Detailed knowledge about Windows management systems like WSUS or SMS (Systems Management Server)
· Second- and 3rd-Level Support delivery
· Good command of German and English in speech and writing
· Customer oriented behaviour is required due to direct customer contact

Preferable
· Knowledge of ITIL processes required, as the employee is closely working with other services and customers
