We are looking for a candidate supporting us in two areas:

a) User Management: Supporting and tracking the complete process for a new user of a system: ensure that the user has performed the training and the availability of all required information, request access and track that the correct access rights are being provided in a timely manner, ensure communication between all involved parties. Maintain close relationship with the business process owner.

b) Librarian for two Document Management Systems: Ensure processes and naming conventions are followed. Verify usage of correct templates and related meta data. Upload documents to the document management systems. Track and follow up on the review and approval processes. Provide support to the system users.

Both areas require managing and coordinating of activities to ensure rapid, accurate, and efficient data processing of organization's workload. Building systems capability and proposing changes towards improvements. Focusing on processes to structure application related activities and the interactions of IT technical personnel with business customers and users.

Qualification
ITIL min. 1 yrs
Process Management 2 yrs
Communication 2 yrs
MS Office 2 yrs.
