We are looking for a Technical Consultant Service Manager & CMDB in the area of Zurich:Needed is a Service Manager and CMDB specialist with at least 3 years experience.
Quick overview
Technical & logical concept for CMDB in HP Service Manager is written and reviewed.
Customer has to implement the technical concept and deadline is December 15th.
As they are behind schedule, they urgently need additional consultants.
Tasks
- implement system architecture / design
- authentication through "trusted sign-on" on Web client
- implement Configuration Management Modules as defined in the technical concept
- implement role concept as defined in OOB roles as defined in the technical concept
- build a basic service tree and basic base-line
- interface to LDAP as defined in technical concept
- interface to send emails and SMS based on Service Manager notification adjustments
- implement interface as in technical concept
- implement OCM processes
Languages: English is essential, German is desired but not a must.
Start:
October 24th (latest start October 31st)
Duration:
10 days (fulltime / 5 days per week) onsite
Please note: There is a high possibility that this contract extends until the end of December
(approx. 40 days).
