We are looking for an IT Training Delivery Coordinator in the area of Basel:Description:
Working with the Training Solution Managers and training vendors to coordinate delivery of our IT training solutions especially for virtual classroom and F2F sessions.
Interface with our customers and the training solutions team to evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve our training services.
Tasks:
• Coordinate training delivery (eLearning, virtual classroom, F2F) through internal Subject Matter Experts or vendors
• Communicate training availability to internal customers
• Collaborate with “Local HR”, “Commercial Operations Support and Training” teams and shared service centers to ensure smooth execution of training measures at the affiliate level.
• Collaborate with the Training Solution Team to ensure training feedback is used to continuously improve our training offerings
• Manage external training providers when required to deliver training in a classroom or a virtual classroom
• Manage the updates to IT Training web site and ensure consistency with our Global Learning Management Systems (e.g. CHRIS) so that users have “one stop shopping” for training
• Ensure training records (for virtual classroom and face to face) are maintained according to requirements
Skills:
• Possesses good communication skills both written and oral. Ability to communicate with different levels of seniority. English is a must.
• Excellent skills in organizing and timely follow up
• Preferably possesses a working knowledge of using a Learning Management System (SAP LSO)
• Preferably experienced in working with training vendors
• Very efficient in Microsoft Office
• Organizational skills and task management, adaptable and able to multitask
