Urgent role for an experienced Migration Project Support Analyst for a 6 month contract based in Austria, candidates must have a good command of German and English Written and verbal)Candidates will be working in the migrations team for the service AD/MSX/AGSM and connected services focusing on Account Migration and responsible for existing operating environments and the deployed tools, Analysis of existing processes per country, Planning of migration workflows, Adjustment of existing and futures solutions and operational processes, Adjustment of existing and futures solutions and operational processes and 2nd and 3rd Level Support within the migration.
You must have a solid understanding of Windows XP/Vista/Win7 32Bit&64Bit, Active Directory, automated management system, Second- and 3rd-Level Support delivery and concept and rights model.
