We are looking for a Junior Service Desk Agent in the area of Zurich:Tasks:
• Call entry for selected Customers (phone)
• Open/validate/route the support cases
• Assure Customer is informed regarding support status
• A-Z monitoring all open cases of selected customers
• Interface between the Customer and the support organization
• Dispatch Calls electronically using given tools and applications
• Manage open calls/reporting
• “push” cases through support organization
• Deal with Global Support Centers
• Maintain case lists
• Handle and coordinate complaints/critical cases
Service hours: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
