We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst in the area of Basel:

Tasks:
• Provide 1st and 2nd level support, on desk and by phone.Support users in using the applications and tools
• Work in a small IT Helpdesk of 2 persons and supports about 360 users.
• Teamwork with other external and internal support organizations
• Dealing with daily IT problems of user in varies area of IT.
• Managing tickets of internal, external service providers in several databases.
• General Hard- and Software troubleshooting.
• Administration of user accounts in the IT environment.
• Configuration and implementation of Remote Access System
• Maintenance of IT assets in administrative IT-databases

Requirements:
• Language skills : English required; German, French desired
• Good communication skills.
• Good knowledge and experienced in Microsoft Standard products, MS Windows XP, NT, 7 MS Office
• Able to follow complex IT service processes and SOP’s
• Experienced with Call centers and dealing with customer requests and incident
