We are looking for a Technical Solution Manager (TSM) in the area of Zurich:Job Description:
The Technical Solution Manager (TSM) is working for new Strategic IT Outsourcing (SO)
Engagements (new logo, contract extensions and/or re-negotiation opportunities) and is responsible for translating the client's strategic business needs and compelling reasons to act into a specific IT solution (mainly infrastructure). The Technical Solution Manager is developing binding offerings with combining clients' and non clients' products, services, labor, hardware / software, multi-year and risk mitigated cost calculations. The TSM takes care of the clients’ design goals, standards and guidelines in terms of reference architecture, transformation & transformation architecture, organizational operating model and standards / guidelines.
The Technical Solutions Manager will lead a multidiscipline engagement team and/or manage a single discipline of a larger engagement team.
Main interfaces are:
· IT Manager and IT Specialists of the customer
· Customer Solution Executive (CSE), Business Development Executive (BDE)
· Pricer, Delivery & Quality Assurance (DA & QA) and Contract & Negotiation (C&N)
The ideal candidate shows an equal interest in IT-Architecture, commercial questions and
leading/working/teaming in an interdisciplinary environment.
Desired experience
Strong technical background in IT technology and services
Experience in strategic outsourcing
Strong interest in developing and aligning technical solutions with commercial requirements
Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams and as a team player
Experience in working across multi-towered accounts to coordinate the design and calculation of the correct technical solution to satisfy the requirements of the customer
Experience in presenting/selling technical solutions to customers.
