We are looking for a Program Office Supporter in the Area of ZurichTasks:
Coordinate and perform all activities regarding project planning and project controlling. Tracking of progress and and issues. Program board and team meetings.
Requested Skills:
Projectmanagement skills
• Extended experience in project office position
• Project planning and project initiation experience
• Risk management experience
• Project controlling experience (aspects: costs, effort, quality, progress, deadlines)
• Reporting of project status and results
• Ability to built up targets, to create ideas to solve problems, to delegate tasks
• Experience to coordinate and moderate meetings on different management levels
• Expertise with the required tools for presentation, planning and controlling, risk management, issue tracking (eg. MS Project, MS Office products, Lotus Notes, SAP)
Technological / Process skills
• Comprehension of software development process and IT infrastructure
• Knowledge of functions and processes within index business would be helpful Social skills
• Strong analytical and abstract mind
• High communicative skills, ability to work under pressure
• Good teamplayer
• Experience to manage conflicts within teams
• Ability to take care of project team
• Fluent English / German in written and spoken
