I have partnered with a large telecommunications company. As part of their international group, they are driving digitization in 7 countries with innovative solutions and new business areas.The project is to start in Q1 2021 and will run for approximately 2 years.
To be considered for the position you must speak German to a professional/technical standard and also be based in Austria. Applications from candidates outside of Austria will not be considered.
The project is based in Vienna, you must be prepared to work onsite and not only remote.
Summary:
Security requirements reach a new dimension in the cloud environment. The location-independent access from a wide variety of end devices and applications requires new and increased security standards. In this fast-moving environment, the permanent evaluation and adaptation of the security-relevant features and components are more important than ever. In the Microsoft 365 area, we are looking for security experts who ensure the best possible protection of our company data in collaboration and communication services.
Your new job
- You are responsible for the ongoing evaluation of the Microsoft 365 security portfolio and the creation of a roadmap for implementation.
- You will regularly create and control new security processes and lifecycle management to meet the information security guidelines.
- You are responsible for the definition of a company-wide compliance guideline (including GDPR) in cooperation with our information security team and regular or event-related implementation of compliance checks.
- You increase the visibility of corresponding notifications or alarms by connecting monitoring tools and configurations.
- You advise the company-wide cloud board and service partners on the use of suitable security features.
Requirements
- You have completed training in the IT sector or have comparable, several years of professional experience.
- You have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Services (eDiscovery, Conditional Access, AIP, MFA, Identity Protection, DLP, Records Management, ...) and scripting skills.
- You have basic know-how of cloud & hybrid concepts, interfaces to third-party manufacturers, reporting / monitoring, networks and current operating systems.
- You have experience in the conception, development and implementation of security & compliance solutions in the cloud environment.
- You are self-organized and stress-resistant, recognize complex relationships and convince with your very good communication and presentation skills, also in English.
