Senior Software Engineer – Technology foundation_ API/Connectors (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- The Senior Software Engineer (SSE) is part of our team which is responsible for designing/building and running the API layer of the central Data Backbone
- Goal is to develop a API layer for secure, fast and manageable data transfer as well for static requests as messaging/streaming
- The role reports to the Technical Foundation_Workstream Lead Connectors/API
Main qualifications
- Proven experience in design/building of data-driven infrastructure
- Proven experience in cloud technologies (AWS)
- Proven experience in developing (C#)
- Proven experience in building interfaces
- Proven experience in AWS Kinesis for streaming
- Know-how in design/building/running a middleware/API layer as well as best practices
- Know-how on loosely coupled architecture
- Know-how on Mission Critical Systems in an 24/7 environment
- Familiar with trading business processes esp. around data structure
- Delivery focus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
