A well-established business is searching for a Service Desk Analyst.
The Successful Service desk Analyst will have:
- ServiceNow experience
- Service desk experience supporting external clients
- Experience in a previous technical support role
- Excellent organisational and people skills, with a history of dealing with customers and prioritising tickets
