Trilogy are looking for an IT Service Manager / Applications Manager for a 12 month contract position with an end client in Austria.You are managing and improving the outsourced IT Infrastructure Services as well as contributing to the further development of our technical service landscape.
You will be part of the IT Service Integration and Management Team
Tasks
Management of outsourced infrastructure and application services
SLA management
Technical requirements specifications
Playing an active role in the further development of the relevant IT processes and guidelines
Collaboration in or management of smaller IT outsourcing initiatives
Quality assurance of technical documentation
Skills
Completed university in the field of Information Technology, Computer Sciences or equivalent
Knowledge in Software Development, Release and Deployment Management, IT Operations, IT Infrastructure Management
Technology Skills: Databases (Oracle, SQL), Middleware (IBM MQ, Biztalk or others), Virtualization, Remote Access, RPA advantageous
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Independent working style, reliability, solution orientation
Very good command of English and B2 German
