Beschreibung
We are looking for a strong ServiceNow Administrator - German Speaking based in AustriaTasks and activities:
• Administration of the IT service management solution based on ServiceNow
• Establishing and updating interfaces
• Extension, updating and optimization of workflows for mapping service requests
• Adaptation and expansion of the IT service desk portal (= ServiceNow web portal)
• Conducting training for agents and external companies
• Analysis of errors and problem situations as well as assessment of the error / failure on the user
• Technical and operational contact person for the ITSM tool
• Accompanying the life cycle of the ITSM tool and, if necessary, adding additional modules and features
• Creation of reports and dashboards
• Participation in projects and rollouts
Education:
• Completed training (apprenticeship, HTL, FH) with a focus on IT or corresponding experience
Experience:
•> 3 years of professional experience
• Experience in IT operations or in handling ITSM tools is desirable
Professional competence:
• Experience with workflow and / or ITSM tools desirable
• IT backround (knowledge of programming languages is an advantage)
• Javascript, HTML and database knowledge are an advantage
• You have basic knowledge of agile working methods
• Experience with business processes and ITIL know-how
