Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,für einen Kunden aus Wattens Österreich suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen ServiceNow HR Lead Consultant für folgende Schwerpunkte:
- technical counterpart to the Product Owner(s) and helps the PO to understand the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform and HR module
- is aware of the features and functionalities provided with the latest ServiceNow versions
- Supports the PO gathering requirements, advising on best practices and designing the different HR services and workflows with respect to the ServiceNow platform and keeping within out-of-the-box standards as much as possible
- Support/leading requirements and design workshops
- Support PO in defining and writing the Epics and User Stories (in JIRA) and documenting relevant things (in Confluence)
- Depending on the setup, is also part of the development team but only responsible of (peer) reviewing and QAing the implemented User Stories to ensure implementation quality and acceptance criteria are met

- Gutes Englisch
- fundierte Erfahrungen in ServiceNow HR Modul
