Assignment description
We're looking for a Senior Java Developer to our client delivery.
The end client is working with high end technology areas such as cloud computing, container based environments, Real Time, large-scale distributed systems and security. Your responsibilities include designing, developing, testing and maintaining software solutions for 5G networks.

As a senior developer you are confident about your technical skills and you are ready to tackle challenges with your teammates on virtualized network functions and cloud technologies.
Work will start remotely, but when the situation allows, you will sit within the customer premises in Kirkkonummi Finland, where the team is also located. The team works in agile principles.
Required skills:
5+ years of hands on software development experience
Excellent programming skills in Java EE, SQL as well as NoSQL database technologies
Experience with Linux
Application development on JBOSS
WebServices with REST, SOAP, JSON and XML documents
Preferred skills:
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, Ajax
Experience in Vaadin
Experience in Orchestration tools (Openshift, Kubernetes, Ansible, Docker) and cloud based environments/deployments
This is potentially extremely long contract, so we are looking for consultant who would be willing to engage and work in Finland for longer term. Please note that the work requires 100% on-site presence in Kirkkonummi, Finland when Covid situation allows it. Working language is English.
