Loyalty Product ManagerLocation: Paris in France
Length of contract: 1st Oct- 30th June. Maternity Replacement October 1st 2020 to June 30th 2021
Loyalty Solutions in Western Europe/France which provides value add services for issuers to embed in their value proposition to cardholders.
We are looking for a proactive customer-focused individual to join the team, as replacement of a maternity leave, to take responsibility for in-market product management, covering primarily France but also some initiatives within the rest of the Western Europe division (Italy, BeNeLux, Spain and Portugal).
The role will involve the following responsibilities:
- Deliver on Loyalty Financials commitments and growth targets;
- Manage the existing Rewards and Benefits & Insurance programs to defend recurring revenue, in partnership with customers and managing cross functional contributors and external providers;
- Lead the efforts across the organization to launch a new branded program in the French market with a number of identified customers;
- Fuel a pipeline of new perspective opportunities, in partnership with the Sales team, identifying hero products and localizing them to fit market requirements;
- Represent the voice of the market towards Europe and Global product team for new product developments and product evolution.
- Experience in a product role and/or at ease with technical job content;
- Proven project management skills and attention to detail;
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex priorities, responsibilities and project streams, with limited direction and in an international environment;
- Commercially aware and comfortable managing project budgets and financial forecasts;
- Fluent English and French.
- Familiarity with payment card business, banking, loyalty/rewards programs and cardholder benefits is a plus.
